Quality Assurance Analyst

Solafid Solutions is looking to hire quality assurance analyst to support our current clients. This role will also require the ability to troubleshoot and debug code.

Ensure all technical deliverables meet our clients’ standards Provide on-demand technical support for clients Log bugs on JIRA

Kualifikasi

At least one-year experience in similar role Honest, responsible, and hard-working Located in Surabaya, Indonesia Working hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with flexibility of being available after hours to join customer calls Able to communicate fluently in English (our customers bases are mostly in US, UK, and Australia)

Keahlian

You can see high level picture of the project deliverables – yet you are thorough in ensuring small bits and pieces are built correctly Experience with automated test tool for web application (HTML, Javascript) Understand XML/JSON and common API based integrations Familiarity with GitHub and JIRA or similar tools.
