Pre-sales engineers sometimes called technical engineers are technically skilled members of the IT sales team who help customers draw up requirements and select the correct products and services. They also assist with technical questions or concerns during the sales process and frequently participate in the initial portion of the project specification process.
Technical presentation/demonstration Gathering & consulting user requirements Creating proposals for RFPs/RFIs Calculating COGS & Timeline Working with internal and/or third party to deliver POCs Handover deals to project manage Developing new & existing project use cases and/or products Maintaining & gaining acquired third party Reporting daily & monthly workload to reporting manager
Candidate must process at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/IT, Computer Engineering (Computer/Telecomunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Equivalent Having 2 years experience in Presales & Business Analyst position Fluent in English Experience in IT Projects Tender Experience in IT Projects Budgeting & Price Calculating Experience in IT Services (software/application) for 3 years Be fast learner, creative and innovative, self-motivated and have a result-driven attitude Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
