Developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of a company in all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display & search advertising campaigns using web analytics tools. Doing market research and monitoring periodically related to the market condition, competitors and database; Developing and monitoring campaign budgets Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance; Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results; Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry; Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience; Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies. Reviewing analytics and making decisions based on findings; erforming other related duties as assigned
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns Manage organization’s website Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly Fix any error in online content and arrange webinars and webcasts Attend networking events and product launches. Promote company’s product and services in the digital space. Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc. Creating and executing SMS, and email-based marketing campaigns.
Diploma in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Marketing Communication (MARCOMM) or related field from a reputable university; Must have at least 1 (one) year working experiences in Digital Marketing / Advertising role; MUST have strong Interpersonal skills, Leadership and Communication skills; Willing to work in Surabaya Head Office.
Must have proficiency in SEO/Search engine Optimization, Digital marketing, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Line ads, Google analytic tools, Traffic Building, Adobe Photoshop, Video Maker, and social network.
Must have at least 1 (one) year working experiences in Digital Marketing / Advertising role;
