Minimum diploma / degree holder in food and beverage management, hospitality / tourism / hotel management or equivalent Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant as a senior cook or CDP specializing in western / asian cuisine Have a strong mature leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills Highly committed, outgoing, energetic, and most importanly, positive attitude, creative, and strong communication skills is a must Placement in Surabaya and Malang, depends on the company needs
