PT Indoin Business Group, the multinational agrochemical company, is seeking a qualified and experienced Area Supervisor for Jawa Barat Area

Responsible for the overall sales and marketing performance at Jawa Barat Area Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products Reaching the targets and goals set for Jawa Barat area Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

Kualifikasi

Requirement: 1. Maximum age 35 years old 2. Graduate / Postgraduate in Agriculture, MBA in Agribusiness is preferable 3. Must have experience more than 4 years in reputed Agro chemical company at similar position 4. Must have strong crop, pests, product & area knowledge, understand product pricing, retailer & farmers programs 5. Proven sales success record 6. Willing to travel across operational area 7. Good interpersonal, communication and strong analytical skills 8. Fluent in English (oral and written)
