Job Description: Able to identifies new business to achieve target revenue goals Establish business relationship with sales accounts offline & online and manage the everyday relation and communication. Monitor and assist in ensuring Rate parity together with the Director/Manager throughout all electronic distribution channels. Support and liaise with Corporate Office and Director of Sales & Marketing in all initiatives and in which hotel feedback/corporation is necessary. Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them. Able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner. Able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly. Be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree and hold any qualifications relating to Sales or Marketing Fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the job Ability to organize high level administration and effective paperwork management Possess excellent customer service skills Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to the Sales industries Familiar with VHP hotel system and OTA’s are preffered Will be based at Head office in Denpasar, but occasionally required to be at the property (Taro)
