Lead and manage the Human Resources function including handling policies, procedures, and coordinating in the areas of recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefit, people development, and training. Develop, improve, and drive HR programs and initiatives according to corporate objectives. Partner with head department to ensure a solid succession plan is in place for all critical roles. Find solutions on the issues of human resources to support achievements of company targets and act as a business partner for the company. Identify needs in training, recruitment, talent development, and other HR function as necessary. Become a role model of company culture and lead programs than ensure culture education and practise. Responsible for General Affair issue such as : maintain and manage company asset (building, cars, utilities, etc).
Female, age max 35 years old Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/ Psychology/ equivalent At least 5 years of working experience as a leader. Proficient to operate computer (Ms. Excel is a must, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point), an internet and email Familiar with HR Policies, procedures, rules, and SOP. Having strong leadership, high motivation, commitment to achieve target, accessable (able to contacted anytime anywhere), smart, problem solving skill, and good looking.
