Responsibility : Monitor and participate directly in all operational activities at the head office and branches / stores Responsible for the recruitment process Manage all activities related to General Service/General Affair at Head Office and Branch/store Coordinate the provision of supporting equipment for operational activities Manage staff in terms of division of labor, tasks, work schedules, employment issues, and discipline of work regulations Follow up employees who violate company regulations Coordination with vendors regarding their job responsibilities Provide attendance data, update BPJS employees and coordinate with branches regarding HRGA needs Prepare all departments SOP Provide weekly and monthly work reports
