Tangung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist day to day the HR function, especially in clerical and administrative support • Updating employee personnel record and support documents • Handling employee administrative and database (Attendance, Agreement, Letters, ESS, Allowance, Claims, etc.) • Recap employees absence

Kualifikasi

Qualification Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferability Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Partnering with other department manager to determine staffing needs Maintain employee relations between foreign employee and local employee as public relations Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll monthly also BPJS Ketenagkerjaan & Kesehatan information Able to working under pressure and willing to work over time (as needs)

Keahlian

Required Skill(s): Administration, Ms. Office (Excel), Public Relations Maximum 30 Years Old Familiar with tech and computerization Honest and Responsible Fast learner

Pengalaman

Minimum 1 Year Experience in the same field
