For an unique Travel Advisor & Adventure Planner located in Sanur - Bali one of the best recommended Travel Agency from Tripadvisor Job description: As a Tour Operator specializing in both domestic and international markets, your primary responsibility will be to create, plan, and organize travel packages and itineraries for individuals, groups, and organizations. You will collaborate with various suppliers, hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers to ensure the smooth execution of travel arrangements and provide exceptional customer experiences. Your role will require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, destination knowledge, and strong customer service abilities. And your goal is to ensure that clients have a memorable and enjoyable travel experience within their home country. General Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality management, or a related field (preferred). 2. Proven experience as a Tour Operator or in a similar role, with expertise in both domestic and international markets. 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. 5. In-depth knowledge of popular tourist destinations, attractions, and travel logistics. 6. Familiarity with travel booking systems (OTA) and software. 7. Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach. 8. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. 9. Strong organizational and time management skills. 10. Proficiency in using standard office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 11. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as per client needs.
