As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for: SERVICE EXCELLENCE Develop, implement and monitor day to day the operating system Build and maintain relationship with all department head, external partners and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals Plan, monitor and analyze key metrics for daily operating performance to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks Ensure the service run based on standard operating procedure Create, control, update SOP and Workflow for each department Maintain collaboration with IT team to make work process more efficient by using online tools Provide support to customer service and account manager to provide the best service for customer Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction TRAINING SUPPORT & DEVELOPMENT Develop Training programs for teams Update the training program for teams Create online Learning for customer and branch Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors PRODUCT Analyze products based on market trends to create new product ideas and/ or product or packaging changes Analyze and survey to consider the selling price for each product Manage professional relationship with thrid party as the solution or resource provider Deali with hotels, transport, activity and other suppliers to get the best offer/ API Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitor Work closely with sales manager to develop sales strategic Work closely with IT to create the best reservation system with good features that meet customers' need
Female, age max 35 years old Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/ Management/ Tourism or equivalent At least 4 years minimum experience in related fields Proficient to operate computer (Ms. Excel is a must, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point), an internet and email Good command of spoken and written English Has strong analytical and problem solving capabilities Honest, good personal image, strong characters, and good communication skill Expert with system SABRE, AMADEUS Expert in international ticketing
