We are looking for Head of Product Job Description: 1. Head of product will lead a team of product specialists that are involved in both system development and improvement and also operational implementation of the ZiCare Hospital Information System (HIS) system. 2. The Head of Product will be responsible for forming and streamlining the team’s ways of working including timely and high quality delivery of product development/enhancements, enhancing interactions between product team and customer/field based ZiCare team, directing and guiding product developments and ensuring excellence in the product scope involved in implementation. 3. This role also has a heavy project management component. The Head of Product will utilize DevOps to manage and forecast delivery of all product scope, team performance and delivering progress updates to management. This role reports to the COO. What we are looking for: 1. Candidate must have strong experience as a Product/Business Manager with a proven track record of product delivery and delivering excellent results to clients 2. Experience as a product team lead is highly regarded managing a multi-faceted team to deliver a complex and evolving product 3. Experience with Hospital Information Systems and Electronic Medical Records is highly regarded 4. Project Management experience is essential. Ability to utilize project management tools such as DevOps or Jira to allocate tasks, maximise team utilization and stick to scope delivery timelines 5. The ability to report progress utilizing DevOps/Jira data is essential 6. Ability to identify client needs and communicate effectively to customer 7. Essential Duties: 1. Lead multi facet team to make sure ZiCare HIS product development initiatives are delivered to the highest quality and within effective time frames 2. Understand full end-to-end current state ZiCare HIS product road map in order to identify problem areas, potential improvements and client needs 3. Contribute to long-term product growth and development 4. Manage team through DevOps. Responsible for guiding the use of DevOps including sprint planning strategy, attendance of stand-ups and monitoring of tool usage 5. Heavy involvement in client interactions particularly with regards to making sure client system requirements are understood and delivered throughout the sales to delivery process 6. Managing the performance, prioritization and delivery of the reporting team through communication of strategy, defining clear KPIs and holding performance review discussions 7. Report product team progress on both module development and refinement front as well as the system implementation front
