Role: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and map their business processes to SAP. Create the functional specification documents for SAP configuration and customization. Provide coaching and training to end-users on SAP usage and best practices. Participate in the data cleansing and migration process to ensure the data is accurate and complete. Assist in the development of test cases and participate in testing to ensure the system meets the business requirements.

Knowledge of SAP modules relevant to the project, and the ability to configure and customize them to meet business requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and end-users. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions. Experience in coaching and training end-users on SAP usage and best practices. Familiarity with data cleansing and migration processes, with the ability to ensure the data is accurate and complete. Knowledge of testing processes and the ability to develop and execute test cases. Attention to detail, with the ability to identify potential issues and risks. 2-5 years work experience as a data analyst or product management Customer/user centric Advance with excel (able to perform complex formula, data analysis, and conditional formatting. Bachelor Degree Typing speed ability minimum: 60 word per minute
