Carry out user requirements, ensure Fit and Gap documentation in the finalization of the requirements. Coordinate with the internal team, BA manager & PM regarding project fit and gaps. Making FSD documents, Product test scenarios, CR, adjusting documents when there is a revision / addendum. Creation and hand over of FSD Project documents Perform RCA validation made by the project team Conduct application training, evaluate training results and further needs to improve the team's internal knowledge. Supervise the product development team so that it is in accordance with the FSD document. Perform validation if there are changes & additions to test scenarios in the project. Create & update BA task list in project application.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business analytics, Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or in a related field At least 1-3 years of experience as Business Analyst/System Analyst Have a highly analytical and structured approach in problem-solving Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and attention to details of the problems Excellent communication, goal-oriented and good ability to work in a team, creative thinking, and collaborative Proficient in English communications both verbal and written (business level) Passion in learning, improving and contributing to projects with a strong sense of ownership Proven ability to work independently, self motivated, self starter who can initiate ideas and take ownership of work
