Softskill Devops Engineers are IT professionals who collaborate with software developers, system operators and other IT staff members to manage code releases Responsible for multitasking and dealing with multiple urgent situations at a time Analyze current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’ Mentor and train other engineers throughout the company and seek to continually improve processes companywide Creating, maintaining, and improving procedures and runbooks to be used by senior and more junior team members. Hardskill Designed tools for managing the infrastructure and programmed clean & re-usable simple codes Configured server images or container, optimized the task performance in correspondence with the engineers Worked on various platforms with different programming languages and supported the production cluster management system Creating/Maintaining CI-CD pipelines that include Infrastructure as code and Environment configuration stages as well as traditional build/deploy/test steps. Providing technical guidance to Dev and Quality teams on how to best integrate automated quality tests into CI-CD so as to decrease time spent on the testing while ensuring high levels of test coverage and delivering high quality applications. Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats Make improvements to the monitoring tools and dashboard to ensure visibility and early verification of clusters and applications that are implemented
Minimum Qualifications Bachelors in Computer Science, MIS or a related technical area, or demonstrated technical and operational experience. Have good knowledge and practice of english languages Have basic knowlege to implement Infrastructure as Code and configuration management using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc. Have basic programming knowlege to create and improve DevOps tooling via automation using modern scripting languages such as Python, Golang, Groovy, etc. Have basic knowledge about Cloud Platform like GCP, AWS, Azure, or OpenStack, etc. Have basic knowlege to implement container and orchestration like Kubernetes, Docker, etc. Have knowledge for CICD Development like Jenkins, GitOps, etc. Seasoned Linux administration/troubleshooting capabilities. Basic Knowledge of version control (git), networking, database, application performance management, monitoring and alerting system, load balancing, and security systems.
