Responsibilities: Determine customer's needs by specifying the research needed to obtain market information Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitor's product Introduces and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising and production Coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of request for new product functionality from customers and prospects Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with executive management Making the client aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater success
Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science / Marketing / Business Administration / Communication or similar Serve as primary product expert 3-7 years of product management experience for an enterprise software or network management company Good communication skills, fluent in English & Bahasa Handle clients & partners, strong problem-solving skills, adaptability and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures More education or experience may be preferred Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally Extensive, accurate product knowledge
