Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts to achieve long-term success Develop positive relationships with decision makers and other stakeholders in the project Facilitate sales team in project scoping and proposal development Ensure smooth delivery of RTC projects, coordinating between partners, our delivery team and client. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers/partners in a timely manner Suggest ideas to improve sales/delivery performance and identify opportunities for growth Report on the status of projects/accounts.
Requirements Proven work experience as a Account Manager or Account Executive Hands on experience in enterprise client management with the ability to deliver excellent customer experience Have sufficient technical understanding/exposure. Have experience in end-to-end project management (software implementation) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
