Account Manager

Tangung Jawab Pekerjaan


  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with decision makers and other stakeholders in the project
  • Facilitate sales team in project scoping and proposal development
  • Ensure smooth delivery of RTC projects, coordinating between partners, our delivery team and client.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers/partners in a timely manner
  • Suggest ideas to improve sales/delivery performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Report on the status of projects/accounts.



  • Proven work experience as a Account Manager or Account Executive
  • Hands on experience in enterprise client management with the ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Have sufficient technical understanding/exposure. Have experience in end-to-end project management (software implementation)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
