IT Support, continuously support, check and monitor the computer systems and networks Provide support internally to the company’s employees Provide external support to customers Set up new users and employees a business takes on Test out and evaluate any new technology that may be useful Fix any hardware or software issues.
Responsibilities Setup and Maintain customer computers, server and network infrastructure Answer staff questions in person or via phone on all company supported applications, determine source of computer problems and fix the issue (hardware, software, user access, etc.) Handle incoming phone call and escalation of problems Remotely troubleshoot problems through email/telephone by taking over the control users terminals via LAN/WAN connections Update information on Help desk Ticketing System (Progress, Record Historical Solution as knowledge base) If you feel that you can meet the qualification and up for the challenge, please upload your complete resume and send it to hrd[at]bicom.co.id
