This person will be responsible for the maintenance of the physical infrastructure of our four compounds.
Thorough knowledge of crop husbandry and GAP (5+yr exp.) Proven experience in running CSR compliance programs (5+yr exp.) Strong hands-on management skills (5+yr manager exp.)
Good data collection, diagnostic, reporting and decision-making skills Effective communicator in both verbal and written English and Indonesian
