Measure and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the process Work with support team & production team to ensure quality criteria is established and meet customer expectation to ensure a service provides a high level of quality that meets customer expectation Liaise with Engineer & Inspector Develop Inspection Standard & Quality documentation Assist in developing the Quality management system by establishing procedures, plan and work instructions as required Preparing QA Report
Collaborate with team to identify and implement process improvements (5S & Kaizen) Perform Inspection & Audits Perform verifications and tests according to process Utilize problem solving methodology to identify root cause and improve production process and prevent future quality issue Track and implement corrective & preventive actions Ensure processes meet all requirements and reliability standards
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent Minimal 3 years experience in a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willing placed at PIK
Experiences in Motherboard/LCD product is advantages Internal auditor certified is advantages Knowledge of the quality tools Able to operate Computer (MS. Office, Visio)
