We are seeking for a passionate and results driven Sales & Costumer Relation team member to help grow INSTA BEAUTY to increase their market share in Indonesia. This position will be responsible for all sales activities which cover lead generation to closing the deal. We would like to invite people who are able and eager to uplift our company values and standard, and achieve sales goals.
DESCRIPTIONS: Perform business development activities, from lead generation to closing. Execute business development strategy to achieve the company's revenue targets Sales canvassing: generating new business opportunities to manage pipelines through various e- channels - visiting targeted clients Manage end-to-end client relationship: pitching, negotiation, initiating contract, result tracking & troubleshooting assistance. Meet or exceed given KPI targets by achieving sales targets/goals, regularly communicating communication strategies or tactics that will be used to reach revenue targets prospect new customers and recognize new opportunities to drive profitable revenues in targeted vertical markets
REQUIREMENT Great attitude, Results Driven, Persistence, Time Management, Telephone Sales, Customer Service, Selling to Customer Needs, Prospecting Skills, Motivation for Sales, Handles Rejection, Professionalism, and Product Knowledge. 1 - 2 years experience and career-switchers are welcome! Possess good track record of target achievement Eager to work in beauty Industry Willing to work based on commission
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English is a must Understanding of sales performance metrics
