Tangung Jawab Pekerjaan

Responsibility: Develop a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality and business trends/ events, ad continually stay on top of industry and competitive trend. Responsible for searching new account, develop and managing accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them Develop a complete understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to advocate for and drive delivery of features that provide customer with unparalleled experience. Making cold calls to penetrate the assigned territory in depth and reach out to new and existing customers providing wider market coverage Generate new pipeline on a regular basis (daily/ weekly) Identify customer key decision makers Creating good relationship with customers and partners/ principals Employ a consultative selling approach to ensure success in achieving sales target


Requirement: Maximum 38 years old Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from all major Having 1-3 year experience working in IT Industry/ Solution business Having knowledge in hardware and software for retail business will be in advantage Able to communicate in English both oral and written be an advantage Able to deal with multiple priorities, work independently and team player Discipline, fast learner, multi-tasker and able to work under pressure Good network in property and retail business will be an advantage


Computer literate Strong communication and negotiation kill Excellent presentation skill


Min 1 year in sales
