- Develop a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality and business trends/ events, ad continually stay on top of industry and competitive trend.
- Responsible for searching new account, develop and managing accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them
- Develop a complete understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to advocate for and drive delivery of features that provide customer with unparalleled experience.
- Making cold calls to penetrate the assigned territory in depth and reach out to new and existing customers providing wider market coverage
- Generate new pipeline on a regular basis (daily/ weekly)
- Identify customer key decision makers
- Creating good relationship with customers and partners/ principals
- Employ a consultative selling approach to ensure success in achieving sales target
- Maximum 38 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from all major
- Having 1-3 year experience working in IT Industry/ Solution business
- Having knowledge in hardware and software for retail business will be in advantage
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written be an advantage
- Able to deal with multiple priorities, work independently and team player
- Discipline, fast learner, multi-tasker and able to work under pressure
- Good network in property and retail business will be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Strong communication and negotiation kill
- Excellent presentation skill
