  • Develop a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality and business trends/ events, ad continually stay on top of industry and competitive trend.
  • Responsible for searching new account, develop and managing accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them
  • Develop a complete understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to advocate for and drive delivery of features that provide customer with unparalleled experience.
  • Making cold calls to penetrate the assigned territory in depth and reach out to new and existing customers providing wider market coverage
  • Generate new pipeline on a regular basis (daily/ weekly)
  • Identify customer key decision makers
  • Creating good relationship with customers and partners/ principals
  • Employ a consultative selling approach to ensure success in achieving sales target



  • Maximum 38 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from all major
  • Having 1-3 year experience working in IT Industry/ Solution business
  • Having knowledge in hardware and software for retail business will be in advantage
  • Able to communicate in English both oral and written be an advantage
  • Able to deal with multiple priorities, work independently and team player
  • Discipline, fast learner, multi-tasker and able to work under pressure
  • Good network in property and retail business will be an advantage


  • Computer literate
  • Strong communication and negotiation kill
  • Excellent presentation skill


Min 1 year in sales
