Monitor and control quality and quantity of food stock. Responsible for the daily market lists in specialty Italian section to ensure the best quality for the best price. Make sure that the quality of the product received and the freshness of said products is up to standard of the restaurant. Assist with the costing and pricing of Food menus and other food services having taken into consideration the profit margins outlined in the chain budgets.
