Manage all production process to meet quality and on-time delivery requirement Planning and drafting production schedule, supply chain, distribution Track development milestones to meet operational goals Partner with internal teams to engineer products within cost parameter Identify and implement positive changes in cost reduction and waste elimination
Male/Female, 27-35 y.o. S1 Industrial Engineer/related field
Passionate in nature Experience negotiating with multiple vendors to meet a specified budget Creative, High initiative, Detail oriented Good self-management (time & work) and able to manage a team efficiently and effectively Excellent communication & social skill Analytical, problem solving, decision making skill Mastering management software (ERP/ Ms.Project)
Min 3 years experience in furniture/ plastic/ material manufacturing,
