Develops blog posts, video, photos, podcasts and promotions to communicate news, product announcements, provide insights on industry trends and issues, and contribute to an open dialog with consumers. Summarize and report on customer feedback as well as traffic statistics to Marketing management. Act as Veramo Weddings advocate engaging customers by responding to their requests and needs. Proactively work with advertising and marketing staff to help resolve customer questions and respond to customer feedback on third party sites. Provides Family Style Service at all times.
Responsibilities will include actively managing all Veramo Weddings social networks including Instagram, YouTube and Blogs. They will utilize the most current social networking tools and applications to generate increased conversation about the Veramo Weddings
College degree in Communications, Design Graphics, Marketing or Hospitality Management required. Must have a solid understanding of web development and web functionality. Required to perform the customer service standards of the department. Knowledgeable of The Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures. Must have a driver's license.
Must be conversant communications with tools such as Social Networking, Wikis, Forums, Blogs, Vlogs, Podcasts, RSS, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Excellent interpersonal skills, Can-do attitude, diplomacy, and confidence are a must. Exceptional oral and written communication skills required. Must have strong analytical and writing skills.
