Coordinating, scheduling, and controlling the procurement, production, inventory and delivery of products or services to customers. Daily administration, operations, logistics. Logistics and information processing from customers to suppliers. Create a forecasting Inventory Responsible for controlling raw materials and efficient use of labor, machinery and equipment Ensuring and monitoring accuracy stock levels periodically Ensure and monitor the buying and selling process Provide direction and ensure understanding of the roles and responsibilities of employees in the department Coordinating the implementation of tasks, monitoring the achievement of work targets, providing guidance and taking the necessary actions to ensure the achievement of work targets. Prepare materials based on production requests and update documents Running the HSE / SMK3 & 5R program properly and consistently Check the arrival of the product or material purchased from the vendor and ensure the suitability and completeness of the documentation Make PR (Purchase Request) for the procurement of Warehouse needs and also making periodically report Create and carry out a continuous improvement program in the warehouse section Ensure documentation and quality records related to warehouse activities to meet ISO 9001, AX, API Q1, and customer compliance.
Minimum diploma/bachelor degree Has more than 5-8 years experience in the field Supply chain and distribution management knowledge Inventory, warehouse and transportation management knowledge Import knowledge and negotiation skills Handling complaint and understanding / active of English Familiar with computer Understanding of Quality Management ISO 9000 Having strong managerial, leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills Outstanding communication skill for all level Familiar with Microsoft program and Microsoft Dynamics AX Willing to work at Cikupa, Tangerang and visit to cikarang monday and thursday every week
