Bee Happy is a Language Service Provider (LSP) company based in Indonesia that aims to provide efficient and affordable language services to overcome the language barriers among businesses across the globe. - Communicate with customers through multiple channels. - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and appropriately. - Provide explanations related to company products according to the needs of customers. - Record customers' feedback and responses to service improvement. - Be an intermediary between customers and the internal team for product quality improvement.
- Fluent in English (min. TOEFL 500). - Persuasive communication skills. - Age max. 27 years old. - Passionate about learning and quickly adapts. - Bachelor Degree in English Literature / Bachelor Degree in English Education / Bachelor Degree in International Relations / Bachelor Degree in Communication Science / Equivalent. - Physically and mentally healthy. - Willingness to relocate to Malang.
