Responsibilities (Remote System) Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Design graphic user interface elements for website and mobile apps, like menus, tabs and widgets Evaluate, identify, and revise existing website or mobile app UX design Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images
Skill Requirements Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role Portfolio of web and mobile app design projects Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision) Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Good spoken and written English is a preferable Nice To Have Skills Have a good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience building a website with WordPress theme, page builder, and plugins Proficiency in building e-Commerce site using with Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento Experience with other common CMS such as Webflow Perks & Benefits Work directly with overseas clients Flexible work hours (40 hours/week), you can choose your work start time (between 8.00 am – 10.00 am) Good work-life balance Opportunity to work remotely from home Can be promoted and salary can be increased at any time (performance-based) Potential to be a team lead and get company shares Opportunity to get funded for your product ideas Opportunity to be sent to Australia for company training and development
