Relationship Manager bertugas mengelola hubungan (relationship) dengan nasabah bank, baik nasabah funding (deposan) maupun lending/kredit (debitur). Seorang relationship manager harus mampu untuk mengakuisisi nasabah baru, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan nasabah atau calon nasabah, dan memberikan solusi atas kebutuhan tersebut dengan produk dan layanan yang dimiliki oleh bank.
1.Working with Team Lead to Identifying new borrowers and manage the borrower on-boarding procedure. 2. Working together with Team Lead to Build new borrower pipeline to achieve monthly on-boarding volume and value targets. 3. Manage borrower relationship before, during and after the funding process. 4. Working together with Team Lead to Identifying potential new partner and developing new accounts in Indonesia. 5. Working together with Team Lead to Develop partner/client proposals and structure commercial arrangements. 6. Run meetings with potential client and facilitate up to contracting phase. 7. Working together with team lead to Ensure legally binding commercial agreements are in place. 8. Establish and maintain client relationships
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
