- Handle marketing retail and online sales our in-brands (beauty and personal care). - Create, implement, and control marketing strategies to increase product sales across platforms and social media. - Arrange and monitor brand promotion including those related to platform programs. - Able to recognize interesting ideas to increase brand image and increase sales online. - Promotion and resource planning on online market. - Maintain the company's operations i.e.: sales, delivery and functions of online sales channels, customer relation and repeated buying etc. - Maintain and coordinate a supporting team consisting of admins and vendors such as marketing agents, IT/Digital Marketing management, Digital Marketing, warehouse and delivery, etc.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. - Maximum age 32 years old and at least 3 years of working experience in the related field with proven records of accomplisment goals. - Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in retail, marketing/business development, or equivalent.
- Solid sales competencies with knowledge of strategies and best practices. - Understand business operations, work flow, or business flow of e-commerce and familiar with online sales platforms such as websites, marketplaces, and social media. - Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing employees.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field with proven records of accomplishment goals.
