Project Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented licensed Architect with at least 5 years of professional Architecture & Project experience who excels in conceptualization and the translation of ideas through to exceptional design outcomes, can collaborate on the preparation of designs to meet client’s program, police quality guidelines and demonstrate general knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques, related engineering principles and building codes.

Tangung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare project work plans in conjunction with other Team Members including the project scheduling, formatting, mockups, data summaries, and specifications or descriptions. Lead communication with collaborators, including visits to project sites and vendor workshops to check the progress of production and construction. Conduct close coordination with the Internal Project Team. Prepare designs and technical drawings and solutions to complex architectural and interdisciplinary problems. Conduct routine site visits for every project in the construction and Construction Administration phase. Seek creative and innovative solutions, ideas and methods to assigned tasks and develop associated research and documentation for each project. Perform material research and participate in coordination and preparation of project specifications Display excellence at every phase of design including construction drawings in terms of both technical aspects as well as drawing standards, project scheduling and agendas. Coordinate, discuss and review with Internal Studio and External/Collaborator teamwork and help to manage client/client representative budget, project progress, and Contract administration with another management team. Communicate with external parties, whether clients or collaborators and manage documentation of meeting and material outcomes. Attend meetings with consultants, vendors and suppliers involved in projects and be responsible for weekly meeting minutes and agendas. Coordinate between studio and site progress

Ability to understand, superimpose and oversee various drawings comprising structural engineering, MEX P, interior design, landscape and other specializations. Perform various architectural drawings, interior drawings and presentations. Ensure design schedule matches project time schedule. Assisting in planning and designing with the project team and principal. Managing client relations in oral and written communication (Indonesian and English). Assist principal to create innovative and creative Standard Operational Procedures. Assist the principal in assessing design deliverables, contract agreements and exclusions. Provide creative problem solving for any challenges
