Willing to be relocate and work in Dili, Timor Leste 2. Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Hotelier or equivalent. 3. at least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 4. Good in Computer, emailing & High accuracy to details. 5. Demonstrate understanding of the HOtel Events, F&B Business, its levers for growth, its change dynamics and challenging success factors. 6. Self-motivated and self-driven, resourceful, fast leaner, proactive, committed, adaptable and a team player. 7. To oversee & take on a “hands on” operational role to support service delivery of scheduled events in all venues falling within Timor Plaza Hotel and their associated venues. To be seen as a welcoming Ambassador to the hotel for all VIPs staying in house and to provide hands on operational support for the delivery of service standards for VIP and special events To assist with the delivery of employee training and development in outlets/departments To support and maintain daily communication between departments involved in events & VIP functions
Excellent customer service skills & presentation Exceptional organization, leadership,problem solving & communication skills Knowledge of related PMS & restaurant management software Experience minimum 5years with good records
Able to effectively communicate in English and Indonesian language .Other language skills an advantage Handling and organize all events
