Interior Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Interior Architect with 3-4 years of Architecture & Interior Project experience who excel in conceptualization and the translation of ideas through to exceptional design outcomes, collaborate on preparation designs to meet the client’s program, quality guidelines and demonstrate general knowledge of materials, detailing, construction techniques, related engineering principles and building codes.
Prepare project work plans in conjunction with other Team Members including the project scheduling, formatting, mockups, data summaries, and specifications or descriptions. Execute design schedules to match project time schedules. Perform various architectural interior drawings and presentations. Prepare designs and technical drawings and solutions to complex architectural interior and interdisciplinary problems. Lead communication with collaborators, including visits to project sites and vendor workshops to check the progress of production and construction. Attend meetings with consultants, vendors and suppliers involved in projects and be responsible for weekly meeting minutes and agendas. Managing client relations in oral and written communication (Indonesian and English). Coordinate, discuss and review with Internal Studio and External/Collaborator teamwork and help to manage client/client representative budget, project progress, and Contract administration with another management team. Conduct close coordination with the Internal Project Team. Perform material research and participate in coordination and preparation of project specifications. Seek creative and innovative solutions, ideas and methods to assigned tasks and develop associated research and documentation for each project. Conduct routine site visits for every project on production, construction and construction administration phases. Prepare and issue variation/change orders Compile and prepare data and report for weekly and monthly reports. Assist principal to create innovative and creative Standard Operational Procedures. Assist principal on assessing design deliverables, contract agreements and exclusions. In coordination with Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor to help prepare project cost estimates, unit prices and unit rates.
At least 5 years of experience. Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, fast paced team player. Strong technical and practical CAD skills with an understanding of architectural conventions, including floor plans, elevations, sections, RCP, electrical and millwork. Experience and interest in traditional and modern detailing. Strong understanding of and proficiency in producing all schedules. Job site experience including working with architects, builders and landscape architects, measuring and producing as-built documents.
3D CAD and strong presentation graphics, both hand drawing and computer as well as Photoshop presentations.
