Finance Accounting Specialist

We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Specialist who is meticulous, professional, and has a deep understanding of finance and accounting to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing the company's finances, recording accounting transactions, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.

Tangung Jawab Pekerjaan

Responsibilities: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Record and supervise all financial transactions. Manage the accounting bookkeeping and journal process. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and report taxes (VAT, Income Tax, etc.). Conduct bank reconciliations, bank transactions and cash reports. Manage Petty cash Assist in internal and external audit processes. Develop and implement efficient financial policies and procedures. Manage AR/AP

Kualifikasi

Minimum education of S1 in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years experience in finance and accounting. Understand the principles of accounting and taxation in Indonesia. Mastering accounting software (eg: Accurate,SAP, or similar). Mastering Microsoft Excel Able to work in detail, carefully, and have high integrity. Communicative and able to work in a team or independently. Work Location: Bekasi Working Hours: Monday - Friday, office hours 8-5 or as required

Keahlian
