* Plan, execute, and oversee marketing strategies to promote existing and new products to key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals. * Oversees new product development starting from initiation to market launch * Determine and achieve the sales goals at each category * Consolidating and integrating weekly reports by PMR (productivity and activity) and provide sales analysis * Identify and analyze similar products in the market * Building goodwill, teamwork, and positive communication with all Key Account & KOL at area coverage Facilitating cross departements - communication exchange process.
* Monitoring & evaluating productivities by PMR (call rate, scientific activities, Coverage, customer trial, hospital tracking) and make the reports. * Consolidating all data report and also data market intelligent such as competitor activity to support information exposure to management. * Managing and cascading budget, and putting prioritize for the list of operational expenses as well as required.
* Bachelor’s degree, health-related discipline (medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, public health) preferred. * At least 3 years of experience as Product Manager or Sales Manager * Highly analytical with excellent written and verbal skills * Fluent in English and Indonesian
