We are currently looking for Finance and Accounting Manager with requirement as below : Requirements : Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Accounting or Management Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position, and work experiences in manufacturing Having Tax License A, B, C for the proxy letter will be an advantage. Familiar with Tax procedure Local and International, Tax Regulation, e-SPT, and Accounting system. Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel programs Age 25-35 years old Understand Mandarin and English Language is a must (verbal and written) Highly motivated, loyal, disciplined,meticulous and responsible Strong communication skills & able to work as a team, Independent and thrustworthy person Willing to work and stay in Purwakarta Able to work under pressure and deadlines Willing to work overtime if needed Lead and manage the accounting function and overseeing day-to-day accounting and taxation activities.
Responsibilities : Prepare timely and accurately monthly financial and management reports including its schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy. Plan & coordinate the development of financial procedure, as well as controling its implementation to ensure all processes & financial transaction running orderly & organized. Lead and directs preparation of financial statament & reporting of timely & accurate with company policies & implements. internal control procedure to ensure proper transaction recording. Generate, submit, and present report for management & owner such as comments on cause of variance in profit & loss statement, Sales achievement, Working Capital Management, Cash Flow Report, Days of Payable Outstanding (DPO) & Days of Collection Outstanding analysis, etc. additional job that give by superior
