Responsible for the high standard food quality and consistency
Monitor food purchasing, staffing, food preparation and food inventory in order to control cost and adherence to the budget
Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance.

Syarat Pengalaman :
At least 3 years of management experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
- A Diploma or Degree in Culinary / Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of management experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations with strict controls on food safety procedures
- Innovative and able to adapt to local market trends
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Consistent record of team development
