Overall job purpose :
Account Manager responsibilities to developing strong relationships and networking with client for hotels, Spa, villas, restaurant, beauty clinic, clinic, hospitals and others entertainment business, connecting with preparing sales reports and delivers the company business growth objective and volume with the on trade, targeting wholesale account.

- Tasks & Responsibilities
- • Initiate sales and attain the company’s sales objectives.
- • Prepare budget appropriation with customers and company administrators.
- • Having strong networking in hotels, hopitalities and other entertain bussiness expecially in bali
- • Achieve annual sales targets, resolve trading issues & maximize business potential
- • Deliver the company’s business growth objectives & volume within the on-trade, targeting wholesale accounts
- • Prospect and open new accounts to meet sales targets; develop a pipeline of potential and sustainable new customers to grow their direct account base. You will need to on occasion not only participate in evening and weekend promotions / events, as necessary but you will also be a creative thinker when it comes to having great ideas for events and ways to promote the brand.
- • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales team to ensure growth attainment
- • High level of analytical and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- • Performing all task specifically asked by management according to a mutually agreed time schedule

- Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- • Excellent English, both spoken and written, target-driven, confident and persuasive
- • University graduate, preferable Marketing ,Business Administration or Sales
- • Excellent with Microsoft Office Program and Windows
- • Tenacious, enthusiastic, commercially astute and a great communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- • Able to communicate with overseas clients
- • Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
- • Good leadership qualities
