Lowongan Customer Relation Manager (CRM) Lithea Aesthetic Center

Lithea Aeshtetic Center, perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang klinik kecantikan.
Working Hours :
 Monday to Saturday (6 days, 1 day off on Sundays)  9am to 9pm (12hrs)

Remuneration Package :
 Meal allowance
 Transportation
 Phone credit are to be discussed upon interview

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  •  Overseeing daily clinic operations.
  •  Client service & satisfactions.
  •  Staff management.
  •  Clinic Revenue management.
  •  Clinic hygiene, cleanliness & maintenance.
  •  Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  •  Promote services, products and discounts on social media.
  •  Receive payments from clients and track all transactions.
  •  Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g daily, monthly and quarterly)
  •  Run online competitions and offer discounts packages to attract new customers.
  •  Carry out Lithea assignments & duties as requested by BOD and/or Management.

Syarat Pengalaman :

Managerial experience more than 3 years (retail/ beauty & Wellness / Telecommunication)

Kualifikasi :

  •  Customer service skills – Able to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers,
  • listening to their needs and helping communicate options. Maintaining relationship and
  • interactions with existing customer and potential customers.
  •  Database strategy – to manage and maintain database.
  •  Communication skills – Able to speak to customers about a product’s different features and
  • answer any questions they might have.
  •  Flexibility in working hours – supposedly attending network events on a sales mission.
  •  Persistence – when the sale is not a go, being able to bounce back is the key for this job.
  •  Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace.
  •  BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  •  Additional in certification in Beauty Therapy or Sales is a plus.

  •  Fluent in English communication – correspondence & conversation.
  •  Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
  •  Excellent organizational skills
