Tangung Jawab Pekerjaan

  • Perform digital technology research
  • Perform business research
  • Analyzing research, data and trends
  • Creating competitive reviews and situational analyses.
  • Identifying insights, challenges and opportunities.
  • Developing brand architecture, positioning and strategy.
  • Making an interactive proposal presentation
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations
  • Set specific marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals
  • Develop and maintain digital campaigns to increase web traffic
  • Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects, and marketing plans
  • Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity

Kualifikasi

  • Male or Female
  • 22 – 30 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, branding, communication or related field required with Min GPA 3.0
  • Hard Worker
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Collaborate sufficiently within team or individually
  • Staying up-to-date on consumer research and market trends
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong research skills and strategic thinker
  • Know and updated regarding all the latest event management, Brand activation, lifestyle, entertainment & other tons of creative references
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, trends, strategies and best practices
  • Adaptability in the ever-changing digital space
  • Able to think from the customer's point of view
  • Highly creative in using digital campaigns to engage and inform target audience
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
