Operation, Maintenance & Service Technician (OMS Technician) Pendidikan minimal STM/SMK (Jurusan Mechanical/Electronic/Mechatronic), dengan pengalaman minimal 7 tahun di bidang perbaikan dan perawatan mesin terutama di perusahaan makanan/ minuman/ textile Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, dengan pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang perbaikan dan perawatan mesin terutama di perusahaan makanan/ minuman/ textile Menguasai Mekanikal, Elektrikal, Pneumatic, Hidrolik, PLC & Kontrol Otomasi Disiplin, Good Attitude Bersedia bekerja shift Mampu mengoperasikan komputer
Under supervision and guidance attend in planned maintenance activities. Coordinate required activities with the Service Engineers Under supervision and guidance execute simple/ basic troubleshooting. Capture, communicate, and escalate issues in a timely manner to the team. Be aware of documentation regarding relevant equipment Develop new skills and technical knowledge to reach minimum requirements according to the competence profile in order to support operators during production to ensure the line is run properly, to enable that performance and quality of product to reach the optimum result Communicate with customer's operator at all times, to ensure good working relationships with the customer. Provide Service Engineer with feedback Under supervision and guidance request spare parts to stock keeper and place orders (breakdown, preventive) according to the maintenance process and recommendations During production, continuously monitor equipment condition and performance to ensure no deviation happening and follow up if any of it happening Helping to create a Clean and Tidy environment around Machine Execute all work in accordance with standards and requirements regarding product quality and food safety. Address all discovered food safety, quality assurance and regulatory issues. Support Service Engineer in the installation of basic rebuilding kits according to procedures and reinstate lines into production according to agreed service targets.
