GAC Samudera Logistics, bergerak di bidang Distribution Center, dimana saat ini, kami membutuhkan SDM dengan posisi sebagai Facilities and Security Manager (Maintenance Manager) yang berpengalaman

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Main function
  • To ensure all facilities and security within the company are in place and implemented properly
  • to meet company goals.
  • Role & Responsibilities
  • •Develop and maintain Engineering, Maintenance and Security process and principles in line
  • with business and logistical development.
  • •Responsible for maintaining and improving, best working practices and industry standards,
  • in order to deliver agreed service levels.
  • •Responsible for recording and monitoring performance standards within the operation and
  • ensuring this is briefed out to all concerned.
  • •Developing Job roles and responsibilities for all staff within the operations structure
  • •Responsible utilising all resources on hand.
  • •Responsible for variable costs & reviewing cost elements within his/her area
  • •Implement HR, Quality, Health and Safety and Training initiatives
  • •Enforce “GOOD FACILITY PRACTISE” with specific tools and equipment procedures.
  • •Ensure maintaining all company facilities (Building and Equipment) in properly and good
  • condition.
  • •Ensure that the activities of the department are in harmony with the needs of the client
  • and other department within organization.
  • •Assist in the prevention of security breach’s and prevention of fraud and theft committed
  • against the company
  • •Implement and coach best practice throughout the department
  • •Develop a well-trained, motivated and flexible team / workforce. Encouraging communication and feedback between all members of the team.

Syarat Pengalaman :

Minimum 7 years of experiences

Kualifikasi :

  • Requirement
  • •Minimum S1 Engineering
  • •Minimum 7 years of experiences
  • •Good in English (active)
  • •Have good leadership and management skills
  • •Excellent Understanding of maintenance and engineering processes
  • •Good knowledge of logistic equipment functions
  • •Good understanding of basic business process
  • •Good understanding of building design
  • •Good communication and teamwork
  • •Could create & develop new technical procedures related to warehouse operations and
  • maintenance

Keahlian :

  • •Have good leadership and management skills
  • •Excellent Understanding of maintenance and engineering processes
  • •Good knowledge of logistic equipment functions
  • •Good understanding of building design
