Job description
We’re now looking for a Recruitment Specialist to drive daily recruitment practice. This role will act as a capable recruiter and handle full life cycle of recruitment process. In this job you get to work in a fast-paced and rapid-growing environment where you need to be flexible day to day.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • • Communicate with Director for recruitment needs and able to provide advice and guidance in recruitment process.
  • • Conduct active & passive candidate searches to build candidate pipeline via data mining, resumes databases, social networking, internal referrals, and career fairs, etc.
  • • Responsible for full life cycle from sourcing, interviewing, selection, offers negotiation and onboarding.
  • • Update recruitment reports basis to keep track on recruitment
  • • Conduct End to end recruitment process.
  • • Taking care of the candidates coming for the interview.
  • • Background verification check for the new joinees.
  • • Screening & short listing resumes.
  • • Calling up candidates & giving them job description according to the organization’s need.
  • • Employee database maintenance
  • • Attendance, leave and late coming record
  • • Documentation of HR files
  • • Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach.
  • • Creates and manages job descriptions.
  • • Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
  • • Prepares, recommends and maintains records and procedures for controlling personnel transactions and reporting personnel data.

Syarat Pengalaman :

2 tahun

Kualifikasi :

  • • Male / Female
  • • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Management, Economics, Psychology, Law, Administration or the equivalent
  • • Preferably from the famous State Universities in Indonesia or famous Universities in foreign Countries
  • • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • • Integrity, passion, responsibility, positive and active
  • • Good communication with people
  • • Willing to work under fast speed works condition and industrious
  • • A minimum 2-3 years of in a similar Human Resources or Recruitment position.
