Vacancy: General Affair

• Requirements:
• D3/Bachelor Degree with related background, below 35 years old
• Fluent in English (both oral and written) is a mandatory. Mandarin language is a must.
• Have experiences in handling import shipping documents will be an advantage
• Have experiences in applying related permits for foreigner will be an advantage
• Good knowledge about secretarial duties, business correspondent to perform administrative activities
• Familiar with Ms. Office and computer literate
• Initiative and proactive, responsible, honest, loyal, healthy and well-mannered
• Willing work / Kelapa Gading

Main duties:

– Performs daily secretarial and some administrative duties,
– Handling import documents
– Manage foreigners’ working permits and related permits for foreigner staffs
– Handling incoming invoices
– Processing PO and manage PO files
– Responsible for office stationary and monthly expenses
– Coordinating with accounting dept and finance dept to pay taxes
