Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- a) Assisting division heads in strategizing operational management of services to clients
- b) Maintain all process related to Case Monitoring
- c) Maintain all process related to Complain Handling
- d) Coordinate and supervise daily execution on all aspects of the claim section such as claims admin, TPA, customer service, provider relation and hotline
- e) Planning and overseeing the efficiency & effectiveness of processes and costs in the department operation according to company objectives
Syarat Pengalaman :
Experienced as Customer Care Manager in Hospital/Insurance Industry Minimum 7 years experience.
- • Completion of min Diploma III or bachelor degree above from any discipline.
- • Insurance Certification esp Health Insurance
- • Have experience handle chases Insurance Claim with minimum 5 year
- • Ability to understand, comprehend, dissect and consult the customers on the proper use and services.
- • Excellence communication skills and group facilitation skills, and having ability to write and deliver training courses and material.
- • Good analytical and problem solving skills, Creative, Innovative, and Customer Service Excellence.
- • Have a good analyst & negotiation
- • Have knowledge about medical
- • Good team leadership and time management.
- • Must be communicate in English (verbally or in writing)
