Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • a) Give best solution to customer that need our assistance
  • b) Handling complaint
  • c) Inbound & outbound calls and follow-up call

Syarat Pengalaman :

Having experience as Contact Center for inbound & outbound calls Manager minimum 3 years

Kualifikasi :

  • 1) Graduated from Diploma or Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • 2) Good command of English [Oral & Written], other language is advantage
  • 3) Required Skill [s]: Customer Service, English, Call Center
  • 4) Having experience as Contact Center for inbound & outbound calls Manager minimum 3 years
  • 5) Have experience in hospital, Assistance Company/ Third Party Administration, Insurance & Customer Service industry will be advantage
  • 6) Willing to work in shifting
  • 7) Good communication skill is a must
