Tangung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage large amounts of incoming inquiries Identify and assess Online Customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with Online Customer accounts through open and interactive communication Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Able to apply CRM theory in order to maintain relation with online customer

Kualifikasi

Maximum 28 years old 1-2 years’ experience in contact center/ customer service management Good in English, mandarin is a plus Bachelor degree from any major Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Customer-Satisfaction oriented Excellent communication Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective Able to operate Excel, Word, Power Point
