PT. Alatan Asasta Indonesia (AAI) is a consulting, research and training company in the field of public policy and capacity building in management and government administration. PT AAI as a consulting service company is handling projects in collaboration with the Indonesian government and donor agencies. In order to expedite the implementation of the project, PT Alatan Asasta Indonesia opened the opportunity for young experts to be placed as finance and admin officers for various consultancy activities handled by PT. Alatan Asasta Indonesia and will be located in Jakarta.
Key Duties The Finance & Admin officer will provide management of the finance functions for the project which include promote financial stewardship, accountability, reliability and accuracy of accounting and financial reports. S/he will also oversee and manage admin activities within the project. 1. Provide proactive, accurate, timely and high-quality administrative work to the PT AAI and to ensure proper filing in hard and soft copies. 2. Project/office maintenance and provide support to Program manager and Consultant team 3. Manage organization budget and cash flow. 4. Provide monthly financial report and tax 5. Assist in maintaining the communication with the donor agencies and be responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the administrative and financial requirement of the project. 6. Be responsible for effective implementation of the activities (training/workshop). 7. Design, establish and maintain a central filing system for administration and ensure quick retrieval of files when needed. 8. Assist the Project Manager and/or Project Staff in preparing the evaluation, annual and/or all kinds of reports on the administrative/finance matters. 9. Perform other administrative tasks consistently with the overall scope for this post as directed by the Project Manager.
1. Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration and/or related fields; 2. Minimum Experience 2 (two) years of professional experience in financial administration, book keeping and office administration 3. Have experience/knowledge in Taxation (in particular those applicable to company) 4. Have experience in the management of the event (training, workshop and seminar);
1. Demonstrated experience working with governments, multi-donor agency and/or development partner; 2. Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia. 3. Proficiency in MS Office 4. Other skills and competency: Demonstrates ability in project finance and administrative management; strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to understand and effectively use information and data; Experienced in international cooperation development projects will be an advantage; Willing to travel during the project’s implementation when required; Ability to work in a team and individual.
Minimum Experience 2 (two) years of professional experience in financial administration, book keeping
