Lowongan Staf Dokumen Ekspor & Impor PT. Layar Sentosa Shipping, Surabaya

PT. Layar Sentosa Shipping, Kantor Cabang Surabaya, bergerak dibidang Jasa Angkutan Laut, Container Cargo (Peti Kemas) Ekspor / Impor, membutuhkan beberapa kandidat untuk posisi Expor & Import Document Staff.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

 

  • Export :
  • ▪ Follow up with the customer for the Template for draft BL
  • ▪ Inform the sales in-charge with copy to Intan requesting them to follow up with the customer to obtain the 1st draft template if the draft BL is not received by the closing time of the vessel.
  • ▪ Follow up with the Marketing Admin staff for the pricing form. All pricing forms must be provided to them by the day of the empty container release at the depot.
  • ▪ Completed and submitted all draft templates to Bombay
  • ▪ Checking with the logistics if boxes have been picked up from the depot.
  • ▪ Submit the draft to customer within 30 mins of receipt and reminder if necessary.
  • ▪ Checking the draft before sending to Mumbai
  • ▪ Monitor BL (should be complete before closing manifest for port of discharges).
  • ▪ Checking rate at signet (should be same with pricing)
  • ▪ Handle customer complain
  • Import :
  • ▪ To receive import manifest and loading reports from overseas agents
  • ▪ Checking of manifest and submission to customs
  • ▪ Verification of charges for billing to consignee
  • ▪ Preparation and release of delivery orders to consignee
  • ▪ Attend to all import messages from principal’s, agents and customers
  • ▪ Checking of endorsements on original bills of ladings or telex release instructions prior to releasing of delivery orders
  • ▪ Preparation of necessary reports to logistics and marketing
  • ▪ Distribution of manifest and correspondences to branch office

Syarat Pengalaman :

Min 2 Tahun dibidang yang sama.

Kualifikasi :

 

  • ▪ Pria/wanita, usia maksimum 35 Tahun.
  • ▪ Pendidikan minimum S-1 semua jurusan.
  • ▪ Independen & berkepribadian menarik.
  • ▪ Lancar berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan.
  • ▪ Lancar mengoperasikan komputer, minimum, MS Word, Exel, email & internet.
  • ▪ Berpengalaman min. 2 tahun menangani dokumen export/import di perusahaan Shipping / Forwarding.
  • ▪ Domisili Surabaya dan sekitarnya

Keahlian :

  • – Mengetahui & mengerti prosedur & administrasi Export/Import
  • – Lancar berbahasa Ingris (lisan dan tulisan)
  • – Lancar mengoperasikan komputer (min. MS. Word, Excel, E-mail)
