WANTED :
We are looking for a pleasant FRONT DESK AND ADMINISTRATION (Ref Code : FDA/IMA/VII/17) to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all guests and visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

 

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • • Greet visitors/guests/members professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visit
  • • Direct and escort visitors / guests to appropriate destination or waiting rooms. Monitors visitors’ access
  • • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them through the switchboard or PABX system or keep messages. Places outgoing calls.
  • • Answer questions and address complaints
  • • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, cars, meeting room, etc.)
  • • Maintains safe, clean and tidy reception area by complying with procedures and rules.

Syarat Pengalaman :

Preferably experienced as Front Desk/Receptionist & Telephone Operator, maximum 1 year

Kualifikasi :

 

  • REQUIREMENTS
  • • Female, single, maximum 23 years old
  • • Attractive and good personality
  • • D1 or maximum D3 graduated from Accounting or Secretarial College. Additional qualifications will be a plus
  • • Familiarity in handling office equipment including multiple lined telephones, printers, photocopy machines, etc.
  • • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • • Strong communication and people skills
  • • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • • Customer service orientation

Keahlian :

  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
